Software Solutions
Matching the Right Technology to Your Needs

Our staff is trained and certified as Document Imaging Architechs (CDIA+) and Records Managers (CRM). We are expert in defining, designing, auditing, and implementing a variety of solutions for clients based on their organization's objectives. We partner with enterprise solution providers for document, content and knowledge management adding value through add-on products for capture, conversion and filing of information.

Scan to CD Services
An entry-level software solution, we provide the scanning services and retrieval software to efficiently view files from a stand-alone compact disk (CD). Software fees are incorporated in the cost of the services and creation of the CD. A corresponding index of all scanned images is also included in the service.

Centralized Indexing
Located within a retrieval station, centralized indexing combines all the files from numerous CDs into one common database. This allows a user to search for a specific document from the entire CD repository. The centralized index informs the user which CD to insert and retrieves the requested document for viewing, printing, faxing or e-mailing.

CD Distributable
Computer output to distributable CDs is a solution that converts electronic reports to disks which also contain indexes of the downloaded data, form overlays and viewing software.

Computer Online Data (or Computer to Laser Disk)
Installed on a host system, computer online data creates electronic files that can be retrieved from online workstations. The modular software can run in a stand-alone, local or wide area network, or web environment. Based on the life cycle of the documents, repositories can eventually be moved to alternative storage media.

Automated Data Entry
Highly accurate, automated data entry software converts scanned images into ASCII text and eliminates manual keying. This sophisticated solution recognizes hand written or computer generated text and is extremely beneficial in processing high volumes of form type documents.

Automated Data Repository
This solution is achieved by storing a data repository on a jukebox, mainframe host computer, or within a networked RAID1 system. The system allows for multiple users to input or retrieve data based on the number of software licenses.

Content Management
This solution provides the ability to manage unstructured data throughout an enterprise. With built-in viewers for nearly any type of file, content management software organizes hundreds of file formats in a single repository, including computer reports, electronic documents and paper-based records. This allows users who don't have native applications to view any type of file.

Web-Based Data and Document Management / Access
Thin client web-based solutions enable the image repository to be available over the internet. Multiple access licensing allows more than one user to dial in and retrieve documents or data at the same time. Multiple levels of security can be applied or the repository can be hosted behind a network firewall.
